You will need to download the Mobile Fit app and wear a bra under form-fitting black clothing with your hair pulled back. You'll also need an uncluttered background about a meter across and a waist high surface to prop your phone.

Once set up, follow the onscreen instructions. You'll be asked to stand in two positions, otherwise that's it! Your data will be sent directly to us.
